  5. Planning & ProgrammingGenerating a commissioning plan and programme to deliver the project on time and in a compliant manner.

  6. Inspections of Installations Inspecting the installations, allowing for early rectification of issues that will affect commissioning.

  7. Reporting on ProgressUsing our in-house tool, AuditCert, to track and record the progress of the project.

  8. Reviewing Method StatementsReviewing and commenting on the technical elements of the method statements to          ensure the systems will be commissioned effectively.

  9. Technical & Logistical SupportProviding additional support through the life of the project to aid in achieving a              successfully commissioned building.

  10. Review & Witnessing of Commissioned SystemsCarrying out a systematic review and witness of each system to            confirm the systems have been commissioned correctly.

  11. Handover Collating of all commissioning related documentation and closing out of commissioning related snags.

  12. Client Training & Support Organising and managing the training of the client on the installed services.

  13. Seasonal CommissioningObserving the building and its services, post-handover, to ensure they perform as the design intended.
